The verbiage in that ad is familiar, usually with pics of louis vuitton logo. I am speculating, but I feel it's a wannabe pimp with a rotation of random girls who need certain things to keep them from getting ill.
That said, she is cute...if that's an actual, recent pic.

If the best background she could find is a demolished wall with exposed studs, I don't think you can expect much in the way of quality.
