Since the Cuban filming was reportedly being used to report dancers to managers, wouldn't the managers already have been aware of it? They'd have told the Cubans to knock it off if they didn't want them doing such a thing...

Knowing the Cubans, it could be a territorial thing. They know that’s a good spot to spread their STDs so they’re protecting their turf. In which case, I could see mgmt telling them to knock it off. The Cuban plague continues.
