What's up with El Paso?

Question for those of you who have been in the hobby for awhile. Am I the only one who is frustrated by how dry the El Paso hobby scene seems to be? Obviously I don't expect us to compete with places like Dallas or Houston, but we seem to be punching below our weight even when accounting for our size. It seems like Midland gets at least as much (if not more) talent than we do despite being a third our size.

What's going on here? Not only do we have almost a million people in the metro area, we also have one of the largest army bases in the country. And that means lots of young males in town, many of them who moved here without wives or girlfriends and without knowing anyone. Plus we have Las Cruces and Juarez nearby. I get that Las Cruces is small and Juarez is not as wealthy and there's a language barrier. But I'm sure that between them, there's enough of a market to help supplement what we have in El Paso.

Has it always been this dry here? I know we have a few good providers who have been here awhile, but it seems like there's very little new talent and not too much visiting talent either. I mean, even if El Paso/ Las Cruces/ Juarez can't support more than a handful of providers on our own, you'd think we'd be first on the list when the girls from Dallas, Houston, etc go on tour.

I'm starting to think I need to sneak in visits to providers whenever I travel if things don't get better around here.

It's an interesting place. Beautiful women everywhere when you go out, but very few providers. You usually have to glance at skip and verify here, but it's still rather limited.



I tend to wait it out and then just go wild for a few days in Houston a few times a year.

Gents it wasn't always this dry. I've been in EP for over 15 years and it just started getting this dry in the last two maybe three years. As far as your question about Midland and such goes there's lots of expendable cash floating around in that area, not to mention those same gentlemen with that cash don't have much else to do with it because their wives and girlfriends aren't there with them while they're working those long hours in the fields. In my opinion EP is a slow moving type of town where most everything can be had at reasonable prices so when traveling ladies come to town and maybe expect to get what they would in areas like Dallas, Houston even Midland where there's probably more expendable cash they end up disappointed and maybe hesitant to come back or stay long. What do you'll think about my theory?

Years ago we had more traveling ladies. Many won’t come back because they were stood up or cancelled on too many times. It’s a long trip to leave disappointed.

I agree and have thought of this. But I figured that the army would be our version of the oil fields. Obviously they don’t make as much money on average but I’d assume there’s enough army guys who can afford a provider once or twice a year to create a decent sized market. Unfortunately maybe not.

True but even so I would think we have enough guys who can afford an occasional appointment that we’d have more providers living/ visiting here. Especially with a large military base in town and a couple more within a couple hours drive.

I've been told Midland would be a good area to visit. Have not heard the same about El Paso. Yes, army guys have money but I'd think it's less cash in hand. Also, army guys could be skittish about having adult adventures, and are more reluctant to screen.

I’ve actually never hobbied in Juarez. I’ve heard Tijuana is absolutely legendary but I’ve always had the impression that for whatever reason Juarez didn’t have a anything close to that. Is there anywhere that consistently has young, attractive girls? The reviews I’ve read here lean older and heavier. I speak some Spanish so that’s not an issue.

Pretty much this, I've seen ladies say for every guy they actually see, 2 or 3 have NCNS on them. There's no point in traveling ladies coming when they're only gonna break even or lose money on the trip.

dude...u should check out the review section over in jtown...been there and have had my fair share of lovely señoritas (and some good cheap eating) over there...only bad thing is the wait lines coming back.

+1 I agree. But why deal with the long lines back bro. Just park and walk across then take an uber or taxi over there. That's what I do.

Honestly bc El Paso has gone down. The guys here aren't willing to see many providers and it's well known for ncns. A lot. I used to love being home bc I always had someone wonderful to spend time with. But now those that are willing to actually make and keep appointments are low. I've been advertising when I'm home but I see only like 2 or 3 people a month now.
