That is the question for the DOJ and FBI but of course they will choose not to answer which they will remind us, that it is their right to do.
In other words, if we didn't exactly follow the law "exactly" as our oath of office demands, there was a good, national security ( which stops most conversations in their tracks ) reason for doing so thinking, "that ends that". But does it, will it with Jim Jordon taking Chairman of the House Judiciary committee in Nov?
I don't think many Democrats would stick around for the next two years if they knew the shit storm that is coming their way but the delusional ones are still walking around saying "we have to push even further left"! And they believe that?
And what if the FBI lied to the judge in order to get the warrant, just like Clinesmith, Council to the FBI did when he broke the law? Think that might be a story? What was the reason for the warrant and if it had "stolen diary" in it, who said is was stolen because it wasn't.
They couldn't prove a charge of theft apparently because Ashley left the diary under her bed at a place she was staying, when she left. What is it about memory in this family? So another female ( whatever ) "found the diary" and tried to sell property that did not belong to her but she couldn't be charged with stealing it. Law is fun, am I right?
I mean Come on man. You aren't wondering what is in that diary, that is so bad, that Joe Biden would call Merrick Garland and tell him who knows what but that it is definitely a matter of National Security and he wants and investigation by the FBI, to find my daughter's diary?
So the FBI breaks into the homes of two Project Veritas writers looking for the diary. Not there and apparently the warrant did say "stolen diary". How the hell else could you get a federal warrant to retrieve a diary of an American citizen not having been accused of any crime but damn, do they want that diary.
And, I'll repeat what has already been said because it kinda ties all this into quite a bow.
What difference does it make even if it was stolen, would that warrant giving the FBI a warrant to push their way into your home and when you ask why, they don't tell you that they are looking for the stolen diary of the daughter of the President of the United States".
And if you are a lawyer, you see dollar signs all over these governmental clusterfuck.

I called my Democrat friend and knowing that he had not heard this story yet because he doesn't watch Fox News, just about the only place you'll hear this story just like brother Joe's laptop and I said, "let me tell you something else ABC news ( his channel for news ) isn't going to tell you. "The Presidents got a daughter named Ashley and apparently it equates Joe Biden and Donald Trump in that "category", that we won't call by name.
