Screening is hard since LE has fake employment, references often from arrested other companions whose cell phone they take over.
Even worse is how to defend no escort license on ad, Scottsdale so far most aggressive on this if you list Scottsdale in ad and is criminal 15 days in jail.
No contact except arrest team needed if have GFE or other abbreviations on ads. They can find address info from host or otherwise find. We have had SWAT teams with assault rifles for just one indie person escorting without a license (Chandler one example of well known companion).
So screening has to be very careful and not foolproof. Most important don't list illegal services on ads and never discuss them by phone or e-mail or talk about rates. Rates should be clearly on ads for time and companionship or counseling. One should not discuss rates by phone or text since this is usually how they entrap those companions that are actually offering sex services - that is illegal and we never recommend.
Worse yet is if you have a driver, helper for phones, share money with a husband or boyfriend. This makes it pimping/sex trafficking/criminal enterprise felonies. Zillions of these felony cases now in Superior Court.
And now under new AZ law customers may face felony charges.
We have huge grants and large coalitions well funded to rid AZ of all commercial sex - with the under aged and sex trafficking hype and the "save them" and "victim" industries with $millions of funding. 90%+ of arrests are consenting adults that have nothing to do with the hype about victims and underaged.
