Oh, The Irony
Trump in 2016
"On political corruption, we are going to restore honor to our government. In my administration, I'm going to enforce all laws concerning the protection of classified information. No one will be above the law."
"We can't have someone in the Oval Office who doesn't understand the meaning of the word confidential or classified."
"The new e-mail release is a disaster for Hillary Clinton. At a minimum, how can someone with such bad judgement be our next president?"
"Crooked Hillary Clinton and her team 'were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.' Not fit!"
"This is not just extreme carelessness with classified material, which is still totally disqualifying. This is calculated, deliberate, premeditated misconduct."
Just to see the hypocrisy of the right, here’s My buddy Scalise in 2016 "We are a nation of laws, and those laws should be applied equally to all Americans, regardless of their political connections," and in the days before the election "Today's decision by the FBI to reopen this case is a critical step toward ensuring that elites like Secretary Clinton are held accountable by the same laws that apply to every other American,"

Yep the Russians probably got hold of the emails on Hillary’s server, and in fact used her campaign’s emails to support Trump in the 2016 election. There’s no evidence we know of that a foreign power got hold of a single document at Mar a Lago.
You seem to have a double standard Blackman.
As I said here years ago, I don’t believe Hillary deserves any jail time over the server, or anything else.

What you’re saying is total bullshit and you know it. There is zero evidence that any email was accessed by the Russians. Lying or touting bullshit doesn’t make for an intelligent conversation.

Really? We can debate whether or not Hillary's server was hacked by Russians, Chinese or others when she was Secretary of State. Please note that I said "probably." Or to what extent the emails included information useful to foreign intelligence services.
The personal email account Hillary Clinton used for business purposes during her tenure as secretary of state was almost certainly hacked by countries like Russia or Iran, former Defense Secretary Robert Gates (Secretary of Defense under Bush and Obama) said Thursday.
https://theweek.com/speedreads/60072...re-pretty-high
Michael Hayden, former Director of the National Security Agency, Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency said "I would lose all respect for a whole bunch of foreign intelligence agencies if they weren't sitting back, paging through the emails."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hillar...il_controversy
Clinton repeatedly claimed that she did not send or receive any information that was marked classified in her personal emails. That’s false. FBI Director James Comey said more than 2,000 emails contained classified information and some of them “bore markings indicating the presence of classified information.”

There's plenty of evidence her campaign's emails were hacked by Russia:

I’ll stop there since there are many more. There’s no evidence the emails were hacked. Podesta and others, not on her server were hacked, along with the DNC and her campaign. Those are totally different things.
There’s no argument on this just right wing lies upon which an opinion and propaganda were disseminated but there’s no evidence from any forensic examination of her email server showing it was hacked. And it was multiple parties govt and private that checked.
Your opinion on the subject is just that, an opinion that isn’t based in any facts.

"Probably got hold of emails on Hillary's server"?
And no evidence of any marlumpo secrets got out?
Guesses at best on your part.
I'm not impresses with your take on this
Your logic has holes you could hide 100s of trump documents in.
Documents were hidden by trump for years. No, you using probably shows your complete bias towards trump's crimes.
You sound like lexus liar spewing his typical BS.
Mix misinformation, lies, bias, and blogs to come up with your bullshit du jour.

Big difference.
Add in TDS. The Daily Show has used that acronym long before the trumpites.
How many artists had trump served with cease and desist over him using their music?

Very Skeptical, Please try to be more coherent. I didn't entirely understand either of your posts above, which were directed to me.
Like I said, I don't believe Hillary deserves jail time for the server, or anything else.
However, she displayed an incredible amount of hubris, equal to Trump's, in storing Emails on her personal server. According to Comey, 2,000 contained classified information and some of them indicated the presence of classified information.
Comey also said that "given the nature of the system and of the actors potentially involved", it would have been unlikely for the FBI (or anyone else) to find direct evidence of her server being hacked. That's in Blackman's Associated Press link. We know there were multiple attempts by Russians and other "actors" to hack her server. True, we don't know if they were successful. But 200 documents laying around Trump's storeroom and office aren't nearly as big a risk to national security as 2,000 on the Secretary of State's personal server, in my opinion. You're entitled to your opinion too, even if it's wrong.
Why should I take your word over Robert Gates? (See link above.) Gates served as Secretary of Defense at the same time as Hillary served as Secretary of State, and, again, he believed her server was almost certainly hacked by Russia or Iran or another hostile state.

Welp, seems someone just tripped over their own party's web of lies.
Let us recall that the DNC paid Crowdstrike to say the Russians did it after all. FanciBear ring any bells? However, because the technological claims weren't holding water and it all seemed to be an inside job, someone had to be Arkancided.
Pop-Quiz related to the current state of the Stazi: Anyone remember to recall that the poor Akancided fellow was shot with a gun, supposedly stolen from an FBI agent that same day?
When that was looking to be insufficient, <cue the smoke and mirrors>, abracadabra-presto-change-o! Muh Russia, Russia, Russia was born.
Gheeze! The TRUTH is much easier to remember. Why not lead with that?
