This is, without a doubt, the most mind numbingly, jaw dropping, completely ignorant post I have ever seen on this or any other board.
So let's see, how many of you agree with WR? As long as you're not a terrorist, you have nothing to fear from the NDAA. Yes or No.
Remember, you don't have to actually BE a terrorist, they only have to THINK you're a terrorist.
So, how does one define terrorist? It isn't defined in the bill, so I guess it is whatever the President or military decide. Hmmm . . . What if a journalist writes a story critical of the administration's war on terror policy, could they be considered a terrorist? Or aiding a terrorist?
What if they pick you up and say, "You're a terrorist." Then you say, "No, I'm not." Who will decide? Can you go to court and be proven innocent? Uh, no. Can you speak to a lawyer? Uh, no. Can you even call your family? Not if they don't let you. So where do you go if you think you have been arrested mistakenly or unfairly? Uh, nowhere.
So come on, how many agree with Wave?
