I know that is a common charge filed......but what is that often associated "possession of tools of crime"? Cellphone, room key, condoms?

"possession of tools of crime" - Cell Phone is what they consider a tool of crime. It's another frivolous way to rack up more $$$$ with fines.

They'll end up dropping it if you actually speak to you public defender. It'll just be the prostitution charge that sticks in the end...for 1st Offenders anyway

I've never heard of them referring to normal, everyday possssions as tools of crime. That's so ridiculous.

The phone is being used in the commission of a crime. That makes it a tool of crime. MB is right though, they'll drop it on your first time.

I understand the concept. On the same token, I had to put my shoes on to get to the crime scene, so I guess we can include those, too.
Hell, I even stepped on CCRider in my Alexander McQueens. Does that make it aggravated prostitution? Lol
I just think it's getting a tad bit overly technical.

they had to involve the phone as a "tool of the crime" to make it legal to seize it for any investigation, if they so choose, for example, to locate another suspect with whom you are associated.

You have a tenuous grasp of the law. Technicality is where they live. It's an electronic device used in the commission of a crime. What I hate is when I scrape my range rover with my Louboutins... pisses me off every time. That's when it's running since they're the biggest pieces of shit to hit the road since the model t

Yeah, technicalities... Having an excuse to confiscate someone's phone is probably the real reason for it, like TechOne said.
Good choice in vehicles, by the way. I've heard they can handle massive payloads. Did you get the extra wide seat option?

I'm able to get along just fine with the regular, but thanks for asking. If you're gonna try to land a punch, you're gonna have to do better than that. I weigh 350 and I don't make it a secret. I'm a big motherfucker. Next...

Holy shit! ....... You gained 10 lbs. In 12 days?
You weighed 340 on the 1st.
Need to get that down, bro. We want you to live long and stay healthy. Have you been exercising or even trying to get it down?
They gonna use anything they can to make money. Next will be " suspect had an enormous hard on and refused arrest when we attempted wrestle him to the ground"
