Priaprism means prolonged erection of the penis and this can happen even if you are taking the other 3 ED meds. In cases of priaprism you definitely need to go to your doctor or the ER if your erection lasts longer than 4 hrs.
How they treat it depends on whether it low flow or high flow priaprism but the main thing is you must go to the doctor or the ER -
do not wait this out or you can permanently damage your cock.
So in answer to your question here are the treatment options
The goal of any treatment for the condition is to make the erection go away and prevent ED. Options include:
Ice packs: They may bring down swelling for high-flow priapism. (but do not do this at home because again a doctor needs to evaluate you and treat you properly - plus you could cause frost bite. Now that would add insult to injury because now you would have a hard erect frozen dick. Aka frozen dickcicle. Sorry I could not resist the humor on that one lol!)
Removing the blood: After your doctor numbs your penis, he’ll use a needle to drain blood from the area to ease pressure and swelling.
Medicines: For low-flow priapism, your doctor can inject drugs called alpha-agonists into your penis. They make the blood vessels narrow, bringing less blood the area and easing swelling. You might be able to take pills instead of getting an injection.
Your doctor will dose you correctly and show you how to use this correctly so you do not have issues. If you do have any side effects be sure to call your doctor immediately so he can advise you

Thank you for that! I forgot to mention that and when I went back in to edit the edit option was gone. I wish the edit button was open longer in case your forget something or want to delete something
The lidocaine is in the syringe that you place into the self injection case so there is no pain and it is quick and easy to use. My friend used these and he loved them. Viagra always gave him a splitting headache which is no fun if you are trying to get romantic
The best solution in my opinion is to try some Testosterone cream or injections (once you have had a doctor run a hormone panel to see how low you are). T can never give you lots of side effects or priaprism and in addition to helping to resolve your ED issues, it can also help with motivation, depression, energy, stamina, muscle (getting and keeping). I know of many guys who have taken T and they really love it and don't need any ED meds at all
