Well, at least SOMEONE is discussing it. Rush, Sean and Levin are ignoring it completely, proving my hunch that they are just tools of the state like the rest of the MSM.

I still don't understand the silence of the Obamazombies on this one. It's almost eerie.

FBI Director RobertMueller was joined earlier in the detainee debate by Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper in opposing the military custody provision, because they said it might inhibit flexibility by counter-terrorism professionals, restrain federal, state, and local law enforcement authorities, and risk losing the cooperation of terror arrestees.

"If President Obama signs this bill, it will damage both his legacy and American's reputation for upholding the rule of law," said Laura Murphy, director of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office. "The last time Congress passed indefinite detention legislation was during the McCarthy era, and President Truman had the courage to veto that bill."

I do. They don't think. When Obama was campaigning on "Change" I asked the ASPD Poli forum what change they were expecting. Almost nobody could write an expectation other than "He's not Bush." He bamboozled those voters.

After BHO won and was called to the White House in Nov 2008 he changed much of his tune on the GWOT. Then he signed a couple of ill conceived Presidential Orders to appease his base and went on the famed "Charm Offensive" tours that ended in disaster.

Since then, for the most part, his continuation of the GWOT has been on Bush's timeline, using Bush's policies and Bushes techniques. Oh he bad mouthed waterboarding but if you listen closely he reserved the right to use it. And this is all complicit with the Democratic Socialist media. The only person I've seen who has questioned him is Rachel Maddow.

So BHO is their guy. He articulates their agenda so good they get a tingly sensation in their leg...but don't look under the covers.
