Site rules regarding agencies!

Just to clarify the issues. There are rules in place regarding owner agents of agencies. The following is what I've garnered from the site rules administrator - Dearhunter - in this regard.

Agencies, in and of themselves, may not have PA access!

The owner/agent, with the approval of a mod may have an additional personal account.
Within this personal account he may review providers and comment on reviews AS LONG AS THOSE PROVIDERS ARE NOT PART OF HIS AGENCY!
He may earn and maintain PA access gained from reviews OUTSIDE his agency!
If the owner/agent does post reviews of girls in his agency his personal handle will be rewarded with a lifetime ban, and the agency penalized by whatever the mod deams appropriate!

Now, we have owner/agents who have been told by our mod that they cannot have PA access at all and can't review ANY girls - which pretty much cuts them off from mongering! .

So, to clarify my concerns as addressed to El Gato
Why are reviews by an owner/agent still tied to his agency and the handle not banned?
Why are Single1 and others still being denied the PA they richly deserve and not allowed to review girls outside their care?

Clearly and understandubly, El Gato did not know all the rules in this regard (and I did not either prior to this discussion), when he stripped owner/agents of PA access! But now, armed with clear knowledge of the rules is he refusing to enforce them and correct his prior mistakes?

At this point, the only fault is with our one and only mod who refuses to address and correct his mistakes.

I was mistaken about the rules myself, I've clarified them and expect they should be addressed professionally.

GL18 allows any member of this board to seek special permission to have a second handle. That permission is not automatic and comes with a plethora of conditions IF granted. The permission is not granted at the local modtard level.

Any member here with multiple handles is in violation of GL18, unless that permission is sought and granted.

Louigi/Optimator, as Mr. Smith111 stated in one of his posts, you have issues with TexasFilms & have butted heads with him in the past. In my humble opinion you are pretending to be concerned with the Rules/Regulations of ECCIE regarding Agencies. When in all actuality you are doing your best to be a vindictive individual and cause problems for Hen House Agency due to your past & apparent present issues with TexasFilms. Pretending that you are not being a vindictive individual with your attempts to cause problems for Hen House makes you look extremely foolish in my humble opinion. You are very transparent. Didn't you make a phone call to an individual at the C.C. Meet & Greet this past Thursday & you decided not to attend due to TexasFilms being there at the Meet & Greet?

Ok Optimator ( Aka Rooster terminator ). You do have that valid point there, but they have not said anything in this matter, we have not heard any complaints from them. Even the Rooster is staying out of this mess, and his chickens are following the rules now. If Roladex, single1, STF, Freefordave etc feel this is unfair then it is them who should be bringing this up. Are you vouching for them? Because if you are then you may have a case, but if you are not it is still you trying to Roast the Rooster.
