So I am really considering breast implants... Not huge and fake lookong, but nice and narural. Are fake boobs preferred over natural? I do.t know if my appointments wld.decrease bc of them! Opi.ions!

Not ever having seen you or your boobs, that's a difficult question to ask. I'd weigh in with three points.

Find a good plastic surgeon whose work you've seen.
Not sure of the appropriate medical term but make sure they do the inter-muscular process. Otherwise, if you cut corners and go cheaper, you might as well use rocks and duct tape. Nothing turns me off than "hard" boobs.
Make sure they are full enough for your taste and proportionate to your build and body size. They're your boobs and you need to be comfortable with them and your appearance.

Will your appointments increase because of your boobs? IMHO, doubtful. Your appointments will increase because you provide good service - are prompt and on time, provide good service with a full menu and the illusion of passion and truely enjoy each appointment.

I don't have a preference. I would urge you to consider how you might feel about them over just appointments. I mean you do have to live with them 24/7. I don't think men should factor into the equation. Yes, there is the possibility that you might lose some visitors but you will most likely make up for that with other men that are attracted to them. I would think that men are more attracted to you, the idea of you, and not just some fetishized body part. I apologize if that doesn't quite make sense. I haven't had my morning tea.

Implants are almost never as good as the real thing.

If you are doing it to increase business, I would strongly encourage you to forget about it. You have to live with the decision for the rest of your life, and the fact is: it probably wouldn't make much difference in the number of calls you get.

In fact, I tend to avoid ladies with implants. Not all guys do. I think that fake boobs are really made to help you look better clothed. The fake look that most women get isn't appealing when undressed -- usually, anyway.

There are lots and lots of fantastic women who have had it done, and I'm sure that they could share some insight.

At the end of the day, you should only do it if it makes YOU happy.

Me? I prefer any-size real over any-size enhanced. Natural B's are more sexy than fake D's. Natural D's are more sexy than fake C's. It's more than just the look, it's the feel. When you can feel the bag inside, that's not good. When you can see the bag from the outside, that's not good either.

I'm willing to bet there are others here that agree with me.

Bottom line though, if you do this, make sure you're doing it for you and not some guy, whether a customer or not. As figure_artist said, you'll be with them 24/7.

I can say for 100% if u invest in the newest silicone gel... men will think they are real.!!

Mine are manmade... however I can tell you that EVERY SINGLE client of mine has mistaken them for being real. The shape and the way they feel are natural. They are not those 1980 version of rock hard mounds that do not move.

I am with the artist here...

A lady should decide on how she feels about herself... not on what someone else thinks.

I do know of ladies who have lost sensitivity following the procedure...that can be a big downside.

A, B, C, D - they are all good.

JMO.

Thanks for the icu nput! I am not considering getting them done to increase calls at all! I was more wondering if my calls would decrease because of it! And I would dedinitly go the silicone gel route! This proxesure would be for my benefit entirely, not to increase calls!!

Girl... my Dr went through the nipples and oddly i now have extreme nipple sensation. They make u sign something saying u wont sue if u lose sensation because its a risk.. but the first time i got out of shower and that cool breeze hit my nipples.. i was stuck to the ceiling! I think the sensation tripled!! He also sends u home with a fantastic pain pump implant... noooooooo pain!!

Oh wow thats great and your breasts look amazing btw. And I was planning on going through the nipple as well! If you got them done in oklahoma can you pm details on your doctor because I am planning on going out of town to get them done.
