Please Stop letting the hotter girls congregate every day in that deep corner of the bar on the main floor. They are trying to look like they are available when they are really looking to hide out all day and not work the room except for a very select few, guys with blow, whatever. And you don't make them work the stage which means they never have to mingle as if they run the damn place. You wonder why the room is dead, it's because you don't get the fish to swim. If they threaten to quit so what it's tmc girls always want to make money so stop letting them dictate the floor action. Thanks!

This is basically every strip club. At the mixed clubs the Cuban chicks be huddled up at a table on their phones and at the AA clubs most of the chicks be in the dressing room. They’d have to be told by the DJ to get out on the floor. This usually happens when the club is slow.

only time a dancer will put her phone down is if she is on stage or giving a lap dance. That phone is potential income. She is probably hustling dates outside the club and once she gets your $$$ and her shift ends she is meeting some dude at a hotel for a paid romp.

Another reason the hot dancers hide is they see you and decide to let some ugly chick fleece you or you have a club rep and they don't want to deal with you.

For what it's worth:
See my strip club review from yesterday. Some of you may want to check the place out. I'm not experienced in SC but it seems to be a satisfactory place. Of course there are individuals expectations and different factors involved in each visit to a strip club.

No club in America has any authority to tell a dancer what to do so good luck with that. The ladies all operate as independent contractors and are going to do as they please. They showed up for work; that's the only expectation and at that they show up when they want to.

Besides that phones are a vital part of that business anyway. They could be texting guys to come see them, marketing for the club, sending tweets, playing with their only fans etc.

I have a relationship with several major entertainment venues in Houston and Texas. One major one that has 8 urban clubs in the city ie; Chapman and Kirby, 5015, Prospect Park, Turkey leg hut etc and all has a strict no phones policy, so the ladies go hide in the bathroom and check their phones.

Bombshells has a strict no phones policy and no drinking but I will be damned the ladies are going to sit down and check their phones regardless and will slip a drink from time to time(they are opening a new Bombshells in Stafford soon. They are saying May or latest June but probably May)

There is absolutely nothing TMC Is going to do about it. They can't plus this isn't the same TMC we dealt with. Ownership changed many years ago(same group that owns Sunset Strip). It's like Eccie and my 5 Besties(who seem to run things around her like they are the 5 families); you got to get in with the customers that have some pull at TMC or I guess look from the outside in. Window shop. At the very least I guess you could go make it rain on stage and draw attention that way.
