While brushing up on my Texas legalities so I may be a good girl while I am there I realize I have been very bad . . . breaking the laws in multiple ways . . .am I alone here?

Texas law makes it illegal for a woman to own more then 6 sex toys and may not own a dildo at all. Any device that is made expressly to provoke the genital area is off limits to Texans. The Texas Penal code clearly states what constitutes a sex toy, "obscene devices designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs." In the past the police unit in Austin Texas has done raids on local shops that were suspected of carrying such nefarious naughty knick knacks.

You know when they do those secondary searches on your bag and they think they are ready to embarrass you?? Last time I was like "OH! Don't touch that one! It's a long flight and I needed something to kill my time . . . it's not cleaned yet!"

FYI: "Presumption" is a factual finding based upon a set of facts, which ..

is rebuttable. AND given the current state of the "privacy in one's bedroom" ... having six in one's bedroom is rather easy to rebut.

So, IN TEXAS it is NOT illegal for a woman to own more than 6 sex toys!
