Vet that raised funds is building the wall himself.
The guy raised 20 million on go fund me and he went ahead and is building the wall himself. Now if they didn’t spend the money they would have been required to return it. 7 miles of it at $3 million per mile.
A few problems. He created a company to build the wall. The wall is being built with private funds so they will cut corners on everything.
First - right of way. I would be interested in seeing if they acquired right-of-way to build this wall. This is usually one of the most expensive and time consuming of the tasks. If they didn’t then this wall is being built on private property with probably only an okayed by the property owner. If they didn’t get the property surveyed this property may be in Mexico or on the wrong property. And maintenance will never be done on the wall because it will belong to no one.
No oversight on the spending of the money. Could be a lot of fraud here to pocket a large chunk of the money by the vet. I wouldn’t Be surprised to see a follow up article where this guy, the company and the contractor is in trouble for pocketing a lot of this money similar to the gas / homeless guy story.

And he not being the government, he can't claim eminent domain in the land and property the wall is built on nor does he possess the funds to pay the just compensation to the owner of those lands and properties.

Do we not think that any government contracted builder would not take a healthy profit?
Why would we expect this guy to not take a healthy profit?

what he is doing is called fraud.
He could have taken bids to secure a contractor. Instead he set up his own company and is doing as he pleases with the money.

HEY,
just make sure the contractor is welding the pannels to the rest of the steel wall. Part of the old wall built previously. the pannels were not welded in place so some smart Beaner figured this out & got a tractor jack, the kind they install on 4 wheel drive jeeps. He placed it under one of the pannels and jacked it up about 4' off the ground.
What did that do ?
It allowed illegal immigrants to walk right through the hole he created and into the United States. Beaner or not he is a smart mother fucker for finding the flaw in the old wall...
This was on one of the major news stations 6 or so months back.....

Us beaners are pretty smart now a days, did anyone ever think that a metal wall can easily be penetrated by a plasma cutter or a torch. I say one minute of cutting time per opening big enough to walk right through.

What?? You mean he's completely full of shit?
Don't start using logic to those wall wishers, it will evade them.
