In your case ( IMHO ) It would not be necessary for me a 6+ member of the board to request such. However in the reverse situation I would totally ask a lady to meet me in public for a lunch date and of course I would not be dumb enough to try the touch me and I will touch you BS. in public on the lunch date. If you can't feel each other out in 1 hour for lunch ( without touching each other ) then neither of you are horny or smart!!! LOLOLOL

I don't offer meet and greets because number one, they prove nothing. Cops eat lunch, too. Two, I'm running a business... so I have to leave my schedule open for appointments. If I commit to lunch but then get a request for an appointment, I'm losing money.

I also been on about five different dinner dates with other providers none seemed to have a problem with it, most liked it.

When I was new on ECCIE, a lady asked me to meet her in the parking lot of a restaurant close to her incall so she could "get a look at me." Not sure what she was looking for, but I guess I "passed" because the meet was short, and we moved on to her incall.

Right, but I wasn't there to 'screen' you. Dinner was a part of our hobby date. I do that sort of thing all the time… It is fun! But it's also a lot different than someone who just wants to meet to hang out, with no compensation at all.

Dinner being included in a hobby date is such a frequent request that I now have a dinner package. Usually BCD before dinner, dinner and then BCD afterwards... It works out especially well for the older hobbyist, since dinner allows an opportunity for a recoup period, making round two possible.
