Poor guy! I kinda believe him but not that they had a real "relationship". Sugar baby, maybe. Escort/client, I don't doubt it. But she is wrong for saying she "doesn't believe in loans and paying people back"... even if she doesn't "believe" in that, if the guy borrowed her money and other valuable items, although it may be impossible to prove, she should be held accountable.

If you think you have loaned a dancer or provider for that matter, money or any material possession that is worth anything, you ought to consider it a gift, because you will not get it back, but if you are lucky, she may render service as a payback and that is it.

Sounds like buyers remorse.
I had the same problem with the pet rock that I purchased.
I never could train it to be house broken.
I lived in a glass house also, so there was that problem.

LOL bojulay
It's not a criminal case, so all he has to prove is by a "preponderance of the evidence."
It really doesn't matter that she's a stripper, or that "the pussy made him do it," but that will certainly play into it. If there's any evidence what-so-ever that it was a loan, or that she acknowledged that she should/would pay it back, it'll be so ordered (good luck even if that DOES happen LOL). Otherwise, the judge will decide that he's a love-sick chump and lesson learned.
Man, I've been watching WAY too much Judge Judy HAHA!!

our experiences may show that 1 is unlikely to get paid back but that has no bearing on a loan being a loan. if she was given money with the expectation that she would pay it back, then the law says that is a loan.
he has the right to sue to get his money. good luck proving anything actually recovering a judgement.
what we should do or ouhht to do and the law are often very different. otherwise there would be no need for this board the way it is set up now.

She just got 10 grand worth of free publicity - she should give him 2 grand commission and he should let it go. She was pretty - I'd go see her for the hell of it now.

Any time you "lend" someone money, you should consider it a gift. If you can't afford for them not to return it, you shouldn't give it to them. I am actually going through this with a close friend of mine right now. I refuse to let money come between me and someone I care about though. If they can pay me back, great. If not, oh well. I wasn't counting on it anyways.
