Confusing here

So I was just informed that I'm not allowed to ask if there are ladies who might like to go out for dinner,( in a coed area) but it's ok to ask for information about a particular lady ( in a coed area).

So if I worded it by saying " any info on whether this girl goes out to dinner or not ". Would that be Ok ?

I'm not being a dick, I just don't understand the logic.

This can be a little confusing but that’s because this site is hosted in the USA and must follow all the States laws.

At the top right of the screen you’ll see the Welcome text and your name after that next to your name is a small arrow click on the arrow a drop down menu will appear select private messages and there you go.
