Mods or members with knowlege of the rules, can someone refer me to the rule that was broken? And can you quote the actual rule?

Gentlemen (or providers for that matter) cannot opening advertise for providers. While it is okay to say that someone is in town you cannot openly pimp for a lady which is what this post was doing.
