Not true. For $250 in NYC there are some agency girls who are very attractive that you can rent for a GFE hour. The Asians tend to range more to the $300 range. Since Katrina researched ECCIE, out of curiosity I perused NYC BP and did find a number of ads at $220-$250, but almost all were for half hours, and a lot of photos looked suspiciously bait and switch to me.
