Making My Way To The Mile High City 3/21- 3/28

I will be making my way to Denver for the week of 3/21- 3/28 and looking to have lots of fun..
I came around this time last year for a short stay and I didn't really get to enjoy myself...

THIS time, I would like to get out and explore.. especially the food.. What are some good places to eat?
I haven't fully decided on the area I'm staying in, but it's a toss up between the Downtown area and DIA.

I'm sure things may have changed in a year, so some intel on hotels in those areas would be nice too. You can just PM me with that info.

I am looking forward to my trip to the " Mile High City."

My first (and so far only) visit was quite awhile ago and recently been thinking about returning myself.
I've been reading about this place called Beast+Bottle is supposed to be really good.
Ultreia is looking like a vibe also and Bang Up To The Elephant (I try to get a taste of Caribbean wherever I go). I've put those 3 on my TDL.

Oh girl if you want Caribbean you should check out Jamaican Grill it's like off of 8th Street near Santa Fe super good they have really good jerk chicken the bestI've had... brown stew chicken and fish plantains and rice & beans I'm getting hungry thinking about it! I also really love spicy but you have to be careful with those patties they will set your mouth on fire! Lol

Thanks ladies for the great recommendations. I am making my trip next week and really looking forward to it. I've been on a Caribbean kick as well, don't know how you ladies knew, but I love Jerk Chicken.
