Miss Randi, one of our own, is going through a very tough time right now due to some family medical issues. If you don't already know the details of her situation, please don't bombard her with questions at this time. Just trust me that it's really really difficult and she would greatly appreciate your help. The situation has prevented her from working for quite some time and will continue to keep her from working for who knows how long.

That's why all of the wonderful ladies featured at the bottom of this post have volunteered to donate ALL of the donations (for time and companionship) they receive on both Monday AND Tuesday (Sept. 20 & 21) to Miss Randi. So please, make an appointment with one of these ladies and know that your entire donation (plus extra if you can spare it) will go to help the nicest lady among us.

Please also use this thread to send Miss Randi your good thoughts, as well as to thank the other ladies volunteering their time for her

This is a great idea to help her!!! I'm sorry that I'll be on vacation all next week I hope that you ladies stay very busy on these two days!! Randi has put smiles on many faces and now it's our turn to give back. I'll be more than happy to do my part in the way of making a donation to Miss Randi.

Some of the local friends had kept me updated on Randi's situation. I can't get away to play either today or tomorrow, but did check with one of the ladies sponsoring this. If you would still like to help out Randi, you can do a thing with the green dot card from Walgreen's. I'm sure any of the ladies will fill you in, as Sadie did for me, on how to help out. Bob

I have been in contact with this doll throughout this whole ordeal and my heart aches for her!! We are pretty close, as we are practically neighbors, so I have been trying to help her since this all started. I did get a donation for her with no contact involved by a WONDERFUL gentleman that has never even met her. And one other gave me an extra "tip" to forward to her on another occasion. All of this generosity does my heart a world of good, it restores my faith in humanity!!

So, really guys, give us a shout and put us to work for our most down-to-earth and loving provider during her time of need. If nothing else, please keep her and her family in your prayers.
