so I've been getting mixed answers... is it really a felony if a provider gets caught

Hello Chicago ... So I used to live in Chicago about 3 years ago for about a year and business was amazing and I've been wanting to come back lately but I've be hearing providers are getting felonies if caught I screen very well but chicago is another story then I'm hearing that's not true Soooo if anyone knows the true answer I would've to know so I can hurry up and get back out there...I used no and Eros last time but obviously no is getting bad everywhere looking forward to your responses and hope to be back out there soon I love Chicago and am looking forward to returning
