So what do yall think about breast implants? Im really, really wanting some before the summer and Im thinking?? Any tips would help, Also, Has anyone heard of the gummy bear cohesive gel implants?? Silcone or Saline?? Let me hear what yall think?!? Ladies who has actaully been through it, I would really like to hear yalls experience!

BD, there was a detailed thread a few months ago when Dreams began pondering adding man-mades. I have no first hand experience, other than squeezing the new improved larger melons. My recommendation is find a good, well respected plastic surgeon who can perform the procedure without leaving a scar. I believe it's an intermuscular procedure. Some of you medical guys chime in here.

What I do know is I had a sugarbabe for a few years who used Dr. Yee in LR. She went from a C to DD and you could not tell they were not natural - visual or feel.

I've seen some women who went the cheap route and the results were . . . let's say just as effective as using round rocks and duct tape.

FWIW, I prefer naturals over MM's anyday. This is mainly due to the fact that any MM pair I've experienced (not all that many) have been flawed either because of their feel (lumpy, too firm or hard) or their appearance (edge of bag is visible, noticeable scar). Now granted, these were probably done by someone without the expertise of making them flawless and that was probably due to finances. I would imagine that the more you're willing to pay, the better the job will be.

Bottom line is that if you decide to have this done, it should be in order to please you, not anybody else (IMHO). Good luck with whichever you choose.

I think they are great if done RIGHT! As long as they aren't cooked, feel real, and aren't hard as concrete...they are awesome.

I can enjoy an A or a DD, but I like them real.

I`m wanting them to be as close to real as possible, I dont mind paying whatever amount since It is life changing to my body...That`s why I fell in love with the cohesive gel implants they are not as risky as saline or silcone. But are not FDA approved? Which Is confusing to me. But as far as look wise goes they have a more natural look and feel, which is what I am going for! I wish there was a small pretty pink miracle pill that I could take to make them go up a size or 2....; )

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! Implants will make you look good covered and partially covered with a bra. The feel by the beholder though cannot be anything like the real ones. The under-muscle implants would be more natural and of course depends on how much fatty tissue you have originally. Need to get a good surgeon and hope no complication like infection after the surgery. Can be disfiguring if messed up. Life is a gamble.....

If you look hard enough, you can probably find those pills on the internet. They double as penis enlargement pills, too.

Seriously, it won't cost you a thing to have a consultation with a competent plastic surgeon. I know first hand about Dr. Yee's work. Close examination and plenty of playing with them over a 2 year period. The doc does good work. Who knows? You might even find a sugar daddie to pay for them.

I know, I just love curves and pretty nice size big boobies! I want to fill out tops better, and I think overall I will like my body even more if I get them done...Just got to find the perfect person to get the job done RIGHT.

Yes, its all in the eye of the beholder. The only person that you have to please is yourself. If your happy with getting new ones, then us gents will be more than happy to play with them. I do agree with BB about having a consultant visit with a competent plastic surgeon to way all your options.

I have looked into the whole breast enlargement pill thing, and even though it "says" it works...Im just not brave enough to try it, If they worked would`nt every girl who wanted a bigger cup size pop em like skittles? I would think so, I know I would! Then there would`nt be a need for breast implants. Ugh, What some of us woman will for beauty...lol..!
