What things in ad set off your alarm bell
When you read an ad what things set off that bullshit or upsell alarm.
A few examples for me are: Phone number a combo of letters and numbers. Usually if it say body rubs that means upsell for anything else. Phrases like open-minded or I'm the best tend to be overstatements. No face pic but you notice two different bodies in the ad. These are just a couple so why don't you contribute a few of your own.
Ladies how do you do your ad to keep this from happening to you?

Here's my list
1. I google the provider's phone number & get different names. Happens alot on the backpage.
2. I Tineye a Provider photo & find out that the pic is fake.
3. Glamor shots of a Provider that looks to good to be real. Happens alot on Eros & Cityvibe.
4. Over Confident Ad...Like it's a privilage for a provider to take my money.
Anytime I Take One For the Team..I let the new provider know that I will be posting reviews on her. Hate to give these types of warnings..but I can't stand being ripped off by Bogus Ads.

Really? So a gal indicates she's open-minded and you find that to be bullshit and an overstatement?
I disagree. I applaud the ladies who are open minded and not shy about letting men know.

hmmm.... alarm bells? For me alarm bells would mostly be someone whose "review" or "reviews" come from someone who just now joined eccie...

Open minded is a overused term that really means nothing. I have seen a few that advertise this and although a couple were, most had a limited menu and were anything but. If the term was used in reality it might be one of the best statements you can make but it just isn't. Oh yea Wicked you need to relax a little.

Alarm bells for me includes one if not more of the following:
1) Provider won't accept text (indicates a cheap cell phone plan which implies provider is either cheap or unsophisticated)
2) Won't accept blocked caller ID (there's a reason we call it a hobby phone)
3) Provides the following disclaimer in the ad "Money exchanged is for my time only and is not an offer of prostitution" or "By contacting me, you are not connected with law enforcement and are in no way attempting to entrap me."

On the other hand, the following in an ad will get my attention in a positive way:
1) A link to a personal webpage
2) Stating they are well reviewed (bonus points for link or web address to reviews}
3) Mentions multiple forms of communication in ad-- i.e. phone # and e-mail address

"Catch me while you can" irritates me and I don't know why.
And as Cpalm said, the worthless disclaimer just screams naive BP lady and that irritates me too!

Although I do not advertise that often I keep my ads short and sweet. And direct the to my website which explains everything and has my reviews or locations of my reviews.

3. Text talk throughout the ad.

Ask about my 2 girl special. Means roomie is either in the bathroom, or wandering around outside during the session. Translates to a rushed time either way, not to mention unwanted attn. if the girl hangs out outside.

For me, the ad should have a few very hot accurate pics that show off clearly her body and face if possible. There is a link to her showcase in all ads with a link to reviews so dont need a separate link in ad. Maybe a few words to spice things up a bit but an ad that is wordy with long sentences and paragraphs is not positive. Brief and to the point is what I look for. Lots of puffing is a negative.

1- some of us (me!) hate being texted all night long. A lot of people think they can text after midnight even though they wouldn't call that late (and of course some think it's ok to call that late)
I won't even give my number out until a few hours before meeting, and I make it clear that it is only to be used for confirming directions, etc.
2- if you have a HOBBY PHONE, you shouldn't need to block your number. No name will come up
3 - that's naive ladies thinking LE won't pop them anyways, it doesn't mean they're bad providers.

How about what doesnt- A to the point ad not filled with fluff, squiggle crap, and has proper spelling/punctuation. Everything else is crap.
A good lady isnt going to right an ad full of crap and fluff. Some may be"ok ladies" with some of the "fluff" but there TCB are less than desired most of the time and so is the service.
Specially with BP, there are BP advertisers and then there are BP girls..
FYI- on texting, Its time consuming and annoying, doesnt mean I dont have a good "phone" plan.. really dude..?? The 30 minutes it took to text you could of called and been done in 5 minutes. I also dont take blocked calls and your number so when you call Im sure to answer.. I dont carry my GF phone only when Im expecting a confirmation call, etc. Cheap..? I pay almost $200 a month for 2 freaking phones.. I dont even like texting in the "civi" world. And unsophisticated because Id rather talk instead of text???? What? Texting is so impersonal..
Disclaimers have nothing to do with a lady being good or bad, I have one on my website. Almost every website in America has some disclaimer or fine print. Its just standard business practice..
I personally dont put links to my reviews on my website or in my BP ads, too risky for LE for me. I do have a mini info link in my ad though. I will send links to reviews after a bit of pre-screening, just like they get my web link with a bit of pre-screening. Very few actually ask for reviews after they've seen my website. Id rather not even have reviews really.. too much info and so is a public website. IMO
