Without revealing the content of the PM, confirmation was made by both party via PM, and to the best of my knowledge Sir, I consider it a NCNS. I look at this way, when I make an appointment with my doctor, that office will give me a call and even email me to remind me of my appointment. That's because they want to make money and want my money or insurance reimbursement. Now, if I was a salesman that just made an appointment with a customer to sell a product or service, and wanted to make a sale to make money, I will contact that customer to remind him/her of our appointment. Same concept in this hobby. That's called prioritization and time management skills, which are part of TCB skills.
Now, I did PM her to make sure our appointment later for that day, May 30th, at 1230 hours (12:30 pm) at 0101 hours (1:01 am) was still on. And at 1641 hours (4:41 pm) she read my PM but did not even bother to PM me back or text me (I included my cell number in my PM for contact purposes) to say whatever it is she wants to say, i.e. sorry I forgot, go to hell, or yadi-yadi-yada. Since I do not have her number, there was no way for me to text her, otherwise, I would have. I'm hasta la vista.
