24. Federal prosecutors will no longer bargain away gun crimes.
25. Increase the sentence to 15 years for the thief of firearms.
26. Whenever a conviction is obtained in an act of violence the perp will face an additional five years for using a firearm.
27. The black market sale of stolen weapons to criminals will be bumped up to a federal beef with an automatic sentence of ten years.
