No matter. Apparently these mother fuckers are not content with winning 99.7% of the time. And if someone choses to use his brain to get an edge they kick you out.
Unfortunately the gambling interests (read whoever you want here) have successfully prevented any legislation to prevent them from kicking out a person who is not caught doing anything illegal.
They are also the ones who killed the online off shore poker sites (that they did not own because they were to slow to realize what was happening) who were not breaking any laws. They got a BS piece of legislation passed that was loosely and I mean loosely interpreted to apply to off shore gambling.
Same old shit. Big dogs control and run over any perceived threats to their empires.

Not gonna lie I have an affinity for the HC in Vegas as some of the best ass I've ever gotten and the 2nd best concert (Santana) I've ever attended was at the HC.
This is a well known strategy of Casino's it's nothing new. There's also a recent case of a casino allowing a guy to get pissy drunk and still allowing him to gamble his fortune away. He eventually lost 500k and sue'd the casino. Sounds like he has a solid legal case against them.
Lastly, you should read the history of the MIT Black Jack team that cleaned the Vegas Casino clocks. If I'm not mistaken all those involved were
forever banned from any Casino in Vegas.
