Hes done this to me several weeks ago. When i confronted him. He responded WEEKS later apologizing saying his brother has his things and uploaded it. Yea ryte!!! He advised me hed remove it from sites and apologized. Im also seeking legal action cause of he also sent to another creep on here ive been having issues with name kodallas1986..between the two of them my videos have been posted without my consent in several sites..even sent to family members on Facebook!!!:/ total headache its been..i no longer allow video or pics

I'm in no way defending the hobbyist's behavior, but if you allow a client to film you, you should expect the client to publish the video on porn sites. It's just common sense.

A few things to point out.

As ShysterJon states. Your a Provider allowing a John to take pics and videos. Did you not think they would end up somewhere.

I have looked at all 3 providers list of reviews and there are no video from the hobbiest on your reviews. What he has posted elsewhere is none of our concern or business what you did as 2 consenting adults.

As for Candilady214. If you didn't want anyone to know what you did or what you looked like you shouldn't have posted your own face pics on your showcase.

Still doesn't make it right! Your comments make me question if you've been secretly filming the ladies. Providers will now need to check you when you enter the incall to make sure you aren't sneaking in a camera.

To be clear, consent is just yes or no? Additional caveats do not matter? If a provider gives consent to photo or film, but also says, "just for you to watch. You can't show anyone", the filmer can ignore the last stipulation with no legal issues?

For rso not a porn site so yes it is we messages him when I seen another provider ask him to take hers down back in July he just added ours after saying he would never because she gave consent and we did not that he wouldn't do that to us but he uploaded it last week months later
