Top 10 Reasons Why He Will Never See Me Again'
Psych!
WTF, I don't want to start a negative thread. I want to hear positive things.
What about we say nice (positive) things about each other. That way we won't be accused of advertising our own high points, but honoring others.
(See I'm not that self-absorbed, after all.)
Like Marcus is poetic, DG sharp as a tack, PJ - well, a smartass but we love him for it, etc.
As for the women, Lauren is frisky and poetic, Nineveh is sophisticated, Becky is a fun loving sweetheart, Nicholete is beautiful inside and out, Lily is spiritual and deep, Carrie is witty and charming, Ansley is straight forward and wise, Sydney is insightful, God I could go on and on (with the list, get your minds out of the gutter). OK, that's a start who else can we add?

How about a group hug. That is as far as I'm going to give compliments.

Seriously, despite our advertising policy or lack therof in flux, we gather here to share information & let's face it a bit of entertainment. Entertainment that comes from being able to share experiences we can't comfortable share in other circles.
At least for me this Board would be a lot less entertaining if it got a lot more "warm & fuzzy." The playful jabs are a lot more fun than all the "xyz is so witty" or "jkl's avatar is amazing"

And I want World Peace.
I did not ask you to start a negative thread....I merely stated that the compliment thread (along with this one) are blantant advertisements. Well I guess blantant is subjective. They are ad's though. BTW, Nothing wrong with that, just as there is nothing wrong with pointing it out.
I will say we have no problem starting negative threads about ladies that may not be as grammatically/internet versed as some.

While I find myself much less active on this board than I would desire, I must say that I always enjoy the time I am able to spend on here... the conversation varies from deep and intellectual, to silly and outrageous, but either way it is always entertaining!
Ultimately, it is the individuals who post that make this such a wonderful place to while away a bit of time, so I say we should definitely take the time to honor one another with a bit of something positive
Although, honestly, I can't decide if I should thank WTF for that little video, or berate him for temporarily lowering my own IQ... that was painful to watch! Ok, I giggled, it was funny... but painful! WTF, you're a bad spanky!

Well then I am doing something terribly wrong. I have not gotten ONE single client from all my post here, aspd, or any of the other 7 boards I am a member of. I have been working, but they all found me via Date-Check and P411 and not one of them post or have read my posts.
So, to save myself from driving away clients, maybe I should save my posting to forums unrelated to my work.
I am a member (under my real name) of a forum that is about my favorite t.v. show. I post there as well. We joke about the show and about each other's crazy stories from their personal lives. We discuss and theorize the show and try to predict where the writers are going with the plot line and story. We talk about what other shows we like and just life in general. We are a social club of sorts, that were brought together by a common interest.
That's how I viewed these boards; a group of online friends that get together to talk about all types of subjects brought together by one. That one subject, that common interest may be P4P but that is not why I post.
I guess I'm just lonely looking from comradery. Guess that is mistaken for advertising. Well, all I can say is sorry. I'll just get a house full of cats to keep me company.
I've had a really bad day.

If you weren't 1,500 miles away, you know I'd be there. And especially to give you a hug and let you know you're okay. You KNOW you've got friends here. We just ain't talkin' television.

Sorry SR, as soon as I walked away from my computer I thought about both you and Camille. I was at work and couldn't get back on to add you both. By the time I came back on, the thread was more about advertising than how wonderful you all are. So, I never amended it. But, you are so very sweet and Camille is a class act all the way.
And SR, thank you for that long distance hug, it was so welcomed.
Now excuse me, I have some cats to buy.

Getting out of a funk is a bit like going to the gym after a 3 week (or month depending on how bad a day it is!) hiatus. You have to just focus on the end goal. It requires dedication, determination and a want to get out of there. There is no instant gratification...it's a real effort..but eventually the effort is rewarded. You'll start to feel better. Sorry you're feeling bad and sorry my help is limited to probably not very insightful chatter

When I saw this thread it reminded me of the 'list'. Someone is always bound to feel slighted or get their feelings hurt.
