Sentencing is on July 11. The Convention starts on July 15. It would be great to see him step aside and see the Republican Convention nominate a candidate who would win, but fat chance of that. I wonder if Merchan can or will send him to jail on July 11. I still believe probation is more likely, and have no idea how the appeals process would affect the timing of a jail sentence. Still, it's interesting to contemplate - Trump running from a jail cell. As TC said in another thread, this is going to be an interesting election.
