Where are the "Must Try" places to eat while I am in town? Is there any place I just have to go see while I am there?

I am going to be taking time to explore with my camera in my hand!

No argument here; it's my personal favorite, and it does have the endorsement of Bob Fuckin' Dylan himself (I heard him give it on his "Them Time Radio Hour" about 10 years ago).

Central BBQ is also well thought of, and I like it a lot (almost as much as The Bar-B-Q Shop). I also need to make it to Cozy Corner (reopened in new digs after a fire in the old location) for the smoked Cornish game hen, and Payne's is well spoken of too.

But if you stop 5 random Memphians and ask them where you can get the best BBQ in Memphis, you'll probably get 5 different answers...
