So never in my life would I ever think getting back into normal daily living would ever be so damn hard! I am finally able to go without a sling and able to move my shoulder in mist most directions. But the lack of energy or motivation to do anything productuve seems to have hidden itself deep within me!! Everyday I ensure to focus on being productive, positive, and realistic about my expectations of myself.... I am making a commitment to log on once a day and respond to something. Just to get me back interacting! Please guys hold me to this!! 🖤🖤🖤
