and at the top left hand side of the screen is a button that is labelled, "New Review" (right next to "New Thread").
I recommend you take a look at some sample reviews, found here [ame="http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=18385"]KosherCowboy's Sample Reviews - eccie.net[/ame] before writing your own.
I usually write my reviews in a word processing program first, because it is easier to perform a spell check, etc. I then cut and past the info into the new review format.
