in light of the current situation I think theyre reasonable ... the dems and anti gun nuts could go completely off the wall and it wouldnt take much of a push to get them off either ..
the NRA should do the exact same thing they did with Romney in 04, sit down, talk, and make some intelligent give and take decsions rather than dodge the issue with talking point arguments ... Point being legislation of some type is on the way
Cuomo .. the assault weapon ban is nothing new, most responsible gun owners, collectors, and hunters can and will tolerate it. Registration is more or less a mild consequence for the latest killings, guarding against proven nut cases being able to obtain assault weapons is fine with me, and should be done regardless of days past ... smaller clips/magazines are ok with me too. I'm a one shot one kill specialist anyway ... all in all, reasonable.

So when a Democrat governor does it, it's fine and Constitutional. When a Republican governor does it, he is "shredding" the Constitution.

Your a hypocrite for jumping all over Romney for doing what Cuomo is doing. In fact, Cuomo wants to go farther than Romney did.
It's ok when a Democrat does it, isn't it? But it is horrible when a Republican does it.

Truly is remarkable. Some of us have been warning people for years. We've been trying to connect the dots, researching the players, and keeping out minds open to the unthinkable. Now a few people are slowly (very slowly) starting to catch on and they don't have the guts to admit their mistake. Like Al Gore, we called him years ago and now it is proven. Any apologies for the unwarranted attacks because of Gore? Nope, but we know we were right and you were wrong.
