Had a friend used to work at So Relax further down E. Carson. She called me because she needed help on the phone because of her lack of english. These people were going to call at a certain time. So she was watching for me when I pulled in because they were already on the phone with her. She motions me in the door. I go inside and grab the phone my friend tells them it was Ok to talk to me, then I walk back outside to pay the meter. I couldn't believe my eyes!
A parking Nazi was already writing me a ticket. Literally about one minute, the bitch must have been standing there watching me get out and go inside. Bitch had no mercy! My friend insisted on paying the $20 ticket!
