This is getting off topic, but while the PM makes an important point Sometimes legit providers actually do want to do something and are wrestling with their own rules and sometimes do go for it. Trying to figure out what combination of time of day, aftershave, and smalltalk flips a legit therapist's switches is totally different from pushing someone to perform a sex act, and I think that's what the OP is talking about.
