His claim of immunity
Trump raises some concerning issues about the office of POTUS. His immunity while acting in a presidential capacity is not in doubt, but while acting as a candidate, is surely suspect as is breaking laws and asking others to do the same is absurd. It's a matter of time, and if Trump runs the clock out before November, he may not have to face trial. There's an awful lot riding on King Trump's claim. If he loses he's fucked

Even as the term is active it's what the actions he was pursuing were in relation to him acting presidential or as a candidate. Since the entire day was about voting and "stope the steal", it was clearly candidate Trump, hence the need to get clarity and if his immunity claim holds water.

Does the President of the United States have the responsibility to ensure that we have free and FAIR elections?
Obviously we did not have fair elections and Trump was doing his duty as President to raise the issue and question them so they could be properly investigated further
