She's the second person to plead guilty to charges of racketering. Seems like there will be some additional testimony she's going to provide to the state of GA to hold all the ppl who would try to subvert the results of the 2020 election.
Fulton County prosecutors are recommending a sentence of six years probation. Powell will also be required to testify at future trials and write an apology letter to the citizens of Georgia.
As part of her guilty plea, Powell is admitting her role in the January 2021 breach of election systems in rural Coffee County, Georgia. With the help of local GOP officials, a group of Trump supporters accessed and copied information from the county’s election systems in hopes of somehow proving that the election was rigged against Trump.
Sounds like the person that this funnels up to is the big ol' orange turd. Justice is coming for those who would try to corrupt a system and nullify the will of the people. Those dang amendments about voting will be the undoing of the team who tried to cheat an entire state their legally cast votes.

... Pled guilty to a few misdemeanour charges.
A slap on her wrist... Looks to me that The government
was afraid to push for the heavy charges.
You'll notice that she's required to be available to testify
TRUTHFULLY at future trials. ... No doubt THAT word "truthfully"
was required by her Defence - which means she cannot be
compelled to LIE for the government.
Blimey! ... What happened to the charges of tryin' to
"over-throw the governmnet" and what-not??
.... Surely reckon they don't exist...

She’s already informed the DA of what that future truthful testimony will be. That’s the way this works. So if you think she didn’t provide information helpful to the DA, you’re sadly mistaken. Regardless of what y’all have been fooled to believe, she’s a skilled prosecutor and this isn’t her first rodeo.
I look forward to the testimony in this case and for Jack Smith.

They don’t make that kind of a deal with her unless her testimony is worth it.
Has Drumpf weighed in yet? Un-reality TV.

Powell, ya know, one of those idiots you, Bambi, Salty and others were quoting about massive election fraud. I’m sure you recall that at least.

Plea deals are common. Especially when a person has information you can use against other defendants.

bam and salty did but you won't find me saying anything about Powell one way or the other.
except that Carlson invited Powell on his show to show proof and she declined. and in a gesture you'll appreciate, Powell even threatened to sue FOX and Carlson for "harassment" by contacting her to appear on Carlson's show.
brilliant!

Y'ah see, in these here United States, in court, you are swore in to tell the truth and only the truth.
I don't know how they do it where you are at.

mz fani wanted to try all of her so called perps at the same time in the same court room. 19 of em.
Judge over ruled her on that issue as that wasn't feasible given the number of lawyers and staffing involved.
multiple trials seem to be the way in this case. I think one of them might break her charges. they are pretty weak.

... THAT was me point there, mate.
They over-charge - and "don't got the goods" to head to trial
- and when people ask for a quick trial - Sideny DEMANDED one
- then Fani was forced to offour misdemeanour plead deals
to "score a win"...

Standard fair in a RICO trial.
You start at the bottom and move up.
Call the deal what you want. *IF* she doesn't honour the terms of the deal, she goes all the way back to step one of the charges first pressed against her and the jail door looming over her for many a year.
Have to wait to see what happens.
Again, I was REALLY wanting to see all this evidence she has been claiming to have to slam the libbys like a mosquito with a sledge hammer.
Salty, can you write her and tell her to reconsider please! That or just have her forward all that evidence to you so you can go to court and prove all those allegations (that is what they are until rendered through the legal process completely.)
