As the title states I’m new to this so looking for any suggestions

of course: eat three square meals per day with minimum 3 servings of vegetables and fruit, practice gratitude in the morning, don't hit snooze, workout at least 3X per week for 30 min, get in the habit of reading at least 10 pages per day.
