In other words, he’s playing word games. He supposedly is for voter identification but against most of the voter ID laws being adopted by states. As I just finished writing in another thread, Clyburn and most of the rest of these people on both sides can not, will not admit what they have said if they think being truthful will hurt their party. They know, they should know, that we know they are lying but they simply do not care. Its quite stunning to witness.
Wouldn't it be great if we could all just admit this and debate nothing but policy? Not what this one said that was a lie or what that one said that was a lie, but what are you going to do about X,Y and Z.
I guess that is to much to ask of a politician. I wish it wasn't to much to ask of the posters on this board.
How often do we debate a policy and not a person and all the sins of a particular party?
It's a damn shame.
