i think im finally going thru "the change" (hell. im 50)
when i was young ,i used to think about sex all the time
now im lucky if i think about it every 3 or 4 seconds
whats next, hot flashes ??

Changes - first signs....

Never mind the meta-physical (brain waves) but do pay attention to the

physical ---

-- Woodie in the morning?
-- Chubbie in the middle of the night?
-- Wet (or, maybe dry) in your shorts when you awake?
-- Reactions(?) at strip clubs?

Good thread. I've been lifting weights and I find that equipment works better soon after lifting (guess it is testosterone boost due to exertion). Been looking for Tongkat Ali since a buddy recommended.
