Well we definitely know he has no balls for some reason they seem to have disappeared when he developed bone spurs in the 60s.

Asking a sitting VP to ignore the electoral vote count would certainly qualify. Of course Trump claimed he never asked Pence to 'put him before the Constitution' but what would anyone expect him to say?

Trump is on record claiming that Article II gives him the power to do pretty much whatever he wants including issuing himself a pardon if need be. The Constitution is not well represented in that ideology.

His interpretation of what 'acting' means with regard to appointing people to fill vacant positions may not be unconstitutional and to be fair I do appreciate the reasons he did this just is not an indication that legalities are a priority to Trump.

If I am being picky the idea of blocking Twitter accounts that he didn't like would be a 1A violation but I would imagine many of them deserved to be blocked anyway.

I voted for Trump. He did a solid job the first 3 years or so in office. Not a hater just being real.

One of the more flagrantly unconstitutional acts by trump while in office was barring certain members of the White House press corps, like Jim Acosta, from attending his press conferences.

He also teargassed peaceful protesters on his way to that dumb church he never visited before to have a photo op of him holding a Bible upside down. That was as embarrassing and pathetic as it was unconstitutional.

Anyone who believes trump cares about church, or the Bible, or family values, or any of Christ's teachings is clearly in a cult.
