IMO, I think Tryst is great for the most part. I've been verified there via photo ID. I would always make sure there are reviews on someone, though, and not just give the green light on all Tryst ads.
P411 is also great, and they, too, required me to submit my ID like Tryst. They do a good job of making sure you are not lying about who you are and your location. And TER (The Erotic Review) is also great.
One site in particular that is terrible about allowing fake reviews, however, is Erotic Monkey. They don't moderate that site at all.
