I really hate to write a bad review, but Cherri's behavior was completely unprofessional and I want to save others from a similar experience.
Scheduling was great at first - she responded immediately to my last-minute request for an hour session. Here is the synopsis of what followed:
- I sent her a "heads up" text when I was 10 minutes away; she responded with "Ok"
- I arrive and let her know I'm there. No response.
- I wait 10 minutes and text her again. Nothing.
- I call, but she does not pick up.
- I send her a text letting her know I'm leaving and to have a good night.
- 10 minutes later she texts me saying she's ready. I turn around and tell her I'll be there in five minutes
- I arrive for the second time and text her. You guessed it - no response.
- I wait another 10 minutes, then text her that I'm leaving again.
- She eventually gives me a BS explanation and gets verbally abusive ("stop texting me bitch", "go jack off" etc).

Normally this wouldn't be a big deal. If she had just said something like "hey sorry, I had a scheduling mishap. Can we do it another time?" then that would be totally fine. But she acted like she was completely blameless, and then she lied in her response to my PD review. This irritated me, but more importantly, it tells me she'll probably do the same thing to other people.
