How should I respond to a guy who has his housekeeper buy prescription drugs for him illegally and a guy who can't tell the difference between facts and opinion?

How about don't feed your cellmates through the bars.

The actual decision on Obamacare was probably made yesterday. The result won't be announced for a couple of months. I'd be willing to bet that Obama will be told the results by one of the four Marxists on the bench. They have no honor. They are completely motivated by their Marxist views.

Default im a neutral observer so listen to me

the thing that struck me so vividly was how all four of the liberal justices tried their best to rehabilitate and save the weakness of the government's case. they were advocates and not judges

their bias was overwhelming. while the more moderate and or constitutionalist justices were more circumspect in their questioning, although alito would cut through the bull as did scalia.

Yep; and an indication will be when the White House/Obama2012 and others step up their attack on the court.

In advance of announcing a strikedown decision, Obama and the media will start a drumbeat about a negative ruling. Attack the jurists as racists, outta touch, out dated, yada yada.................

the attack on the honor of and adherence to the words of the constitution and to the separation of powers inherent in it by the constitutionalist justices has already begun

in a perverse, alice in wonderland way the liberal news media and their commentators have already flipped truth and reality on its head attacking the justices for their fear that the justices will hold to the constitution, claiming that is bias while the liberal judges are prudent and judicial.

here out of the washington post:
Three days of Supreme Court arguments over the health-care law demonstrated for all to see that conservative justices are prepared to act as an alternative legislature, diving deeply into policy details as if they were members of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee.

as each day passed in the case before the supreme court with the obvious dismantling of obamacare on legal grounds alone by the arguments before the court, the left started attacking the court as if ideology was on display, which it was only in regard to the advocacy of the liberal justices.

It doesn't matter.

You pretend to be able to speak for others when you have no idea what they are thinking.

You can't speak for the one person that you know what he thinks.

You dodged the question again.

You are the new Disjointed One.

At this point the only real question is how will Kennedy vote. Kennedy sounded pretty negative on the constitionality of the mandate.

In addition to the question of whether the mandate is constitutional, I think several facts will unofficially be a factor in the court's decision. The bill was passed by using underhanded tactics. It was passed in spite of the fact that the clear majority of the American people were against it. The CBO's updated cost estimates have been revised from 940 billion to 1.76 trillion. Obama said the average family would save $2,500 in yearly health insurance premiums. We now know that the average family will pay an increase of $2,200 per year, not a decrease. Obama said that if you like your current health insurance coverage you will be able to keep it. It is now clear that many employers will no longer be able to provide health insurance to their emloyees so that millions of people will be forced into the government plan.

I think Kennedy will vote against the mandate because it's not constitutional and for the reasons listed above. Whether or not the court will vote to completely overturn Obamacare is probably a coin toss.

If the court strikes down the bill or mandate, they will change the ability of congress to pass laws for some time to come.

No matter how the court decides it won't affect how Congress works. Congressional laws only see the court after passing through the system. Obamacare passed through the system like some bad oysters and are about to be gotten rid of.

If the Supreme Court strikes down the mandate. They will be preventing the Congress from passing unconstitutional legislation. That is exactly what the Supreme Court is supposed to do.

Obama's strategy for reelection between now and late June will probably be able to take advantage of the leaked court ruling. Obama will have to be careful not to make it clear that he knows the leaked information. It's a little like FDR's situation when we broke the German's Enigma code in World War II.
