I just had this day dream and I have to admit it was more than fun. Maybe its a reflection of the inner me or some nebulous deep inner truth about me.
Maybe if i shared it, you might just share a real part of you.

I am a juvenile diabetic, been for years....if you get something like this....and you take care of it..you are actually healthier than the average person. And yes I take care of myself..i eat right..i run..i work out..ran track in middle school..high school and college..all because my doc said i needed to exercise...I have maybe given myself something like 50,000 shots to live...so here goes with my day dream....

i'm at this restaurant with a woman i don't know well but i want to know...

theres an aura surrounding us of sensual tension but its such an undercurrent because we arent sure of the other's interest and neither one of us wants to be the first to just dive in and expose ourselves to the risk

the waiter comes..we order...i excuse myself to go to the rest room to give myself a shot....

i sense someone walking behind me..i push the rest room door in..this woman pushes past me and its her, my dinner companion....she hurries to a stall and looks and me and says..come on in....

i just robotically obey her and enter the stall almost trance like..she closes the door..undoes my pants....she grabs my insulin pen and needle from my hand...she sits on the toliet and impatiently motions me to sit on her lap...i do..my pants falling to my ankles

i sit facing out..her arms wide around me....i see her screw the needle on the pen...she clears the needle... dials up one unit and pushes the pen..the insulin streams up in the air and falls back..some hitting my bare thigh

with her empty hand she pinches up skin on my thigh....with her other hand she twirls the pen around and she brings it down and STICKS THAT NEEDLE IN ME...as she does she bites the back of my neck hard...my head drops and my chin is on my chest...my eyes closed..somehow out of my lips the soft whisper of "i love you" escapes my mouth...

But it does beg the question...Are you still a juvenile diabetic if you're no longer a juvenile?

Maybe I'm not catching on to the "sharing" theme here, but how about this: I want a young Roman God to carry me away to some exotic island, oil my body as we sunbathe while feeding me grapes.

Nicollete, I have been here for about a week and I am dazzled by you. I would gladly help you fulfill your fantasy, cause I have a similar one to that--although for some reason outside sex doesn't do it for me. I'm old; I like a bed.

Hire local actors for 24 hours.

Have the provider escorted from the limo into the foyer.
Wherein she would be greeted by handmaidens and taken to her room. The maidens would disrobe her while concubines stood ever vigilant.
The maidens would bathe her and dress her in appropriate garments. Lots of hair brushing, makeup fussing and giggling of course.

When ready, guards would enter and apply restraints and escort her to the great hall.
The great stone hall is lined with columns and there are large oil fed fires in vessels by each column.
As she approaches the end, there I am. Sitting on a large chair elevated by one step.
Of course there are menacingly muscled men standing at attention flanking the slow procession.
As she is brought before me she is forced to her knees and her garment is thrust bellow her waist.

Yep, strange does not really do your dream justice but to each their own. Being a type-1 diabetic myself, you certainly have a dream/fantasy there that I never thought about. I could barely get my ex to give me a shot and then she would only do so when I needed glucagon due to a low. You know your dream might go away if you were to switch to an insulin pump… but then where is the fun in that, right?
