If you have noticed, I am planning another GLMI (Gathering of Like Minded Individuals) or social in Corpus Christi in November. I had a social in the Valley last year I believe. I am willing to host another event in the Valley and have gotten some feedback from some ladies in Houston and San Antonio that might be interested in attending this event.

I am curious as to what type of response I would get from the gentlemen in the Valley if I was to hold a social down there. I know the Valley is sparce and am looking to have it in Edinburg or McAllen area. I know a lot of you guys are lurkers and thats ok. I just want to assure the traveling ladies that there is an interest in them traveling to the Valley to see you guys before I start planning one. Maybe have it the day before the Corpus Christi social so that ladies could travel to the Valley first and then to Corpus Christi for both socials. Just a thought.

OK it seems that there may be interest in having a get together in the Valley. I will proceed with planning one for November 3, 2010 on a Wednesday. It will be in a discreet location.

Gentlemen, to be able to attend you have to be vouched by two established providers that you have seen in the past year. If you have been vouched and invited to a Corpus social you are good to go. Just let me know you want to be on the invite list and have your two providers that will vouch for you send me a pm.

Ladies, pm if you are interested on being on the invite list.

Again, only those individuals that have been vouched and cleared by me will be able to attend. No exceptions. No one can "bring" a friend that has not been cleared by me. My guess is that we can start early afternoon and end ???????

On Thursday, November 4 we will be having a similar gathering in Corpus Christi. If you are vouched and cleared for the Valley Social you will get an invite to the Corpus Christi one.

It ought to be a great time.

Due to "circumstances" by which several of the CC area folks have asked for my assistance, I'll help y'all out on the next GLMI. Cannot work that next week due to time constraints, but Thursday, Nov. 11 looks very do-able.

I have a partial email list and will send that out.

If you don't get the email, please PM me and let me know and we'll work that issue.

Here are the rules for events I help organize:

All events are only a "meet & greet" -- and all who attend are expected to follow them.

If you attend, it is presumed you have read the rules and have agreed to follow them. Those who don't will not be invited to future events.

No illegal activities. That means no play for pay, no drugs, absolutely nothing that can compromise the security of our members, guests and our host venue. If you don't understand the rules, please ask ck1942 to explain.

For the security of all involved - no cameras; no uninvited/unsponsored guests; no haggling over services, etc.

No recruiting for anything and no promoting of any web sites.

Please respect all attending by no inappropriate touching and by not disclosing their presence to others on or off any board.
