I saw a clip on the news the other day where Santorum gave Obama credit for the banking/TARP bailout...said something like: "Obama and his buddies on Wall Street spent your tax dollars to restore the corrupt economic system."
The only thing is, the bank bailout was approved by Congress in October 2008.
