It reads just like the libtards in the Sandbox. His belief that a c-section birth would disqualify a person from being president, because they wouldn't be a "natural born" citizen is hysterical. It sort of reminds me of the old Gilda Radner- Emily Litella stuff on SNL.
It's hard to tell if the letter is for real; it's so stupid, it could be a prank letter making fun of Democrats.

Hasn't the C-Section been around for about 2500 years, hence the name Caesarean.
If your parents are Citizens, and you happen to be born in another Country, you are considered a natural born citizen.
